INFORMATION WE HANDLE
We collect only what supports the interaction.
- Website use: IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and similar technical information that our hosting and security provider may process.
- Your browser preference: this site may store a local motion setting on your device so your animation choice is remembered. It is not used to identify you.
- Your quote draft: the quote tool saves your choices and typed contact details in this browser tab using session storage. This helps you keep a draft if you close the form or reload. It is not sent to us automatically. Use the clear-draft button to remove it. Browsers may restore tab data when reopening a session.
- Enquiries and projects: your name, company, email address, phone number, message, selected scope, project information, and records needed to answer, quote, deliver, support, and account for agreed work.
- Business outreach: professional name, role, company, business email, website, relevant public business context, email-verification result, delivery status, replies, and opt-out or suppression status.
The website's scope-request tool prepares an email on your device. The details reach us only if you choose to send that email through your email application. The contact form shows whether direct online sending is available. When available, pressing its send button sends your name, reply email, optional website, and message to our configured enquiry receiver. It confirms receipt only after that receiver accepts the request and returns a reference. When online sending is unavailable, the form prepares an email instead; you still need to send it in your email application. WhatsApp links also require you to send the prepared message yourself. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or sensitive customer records through an initial enquiry.
The contact form keeps typed details only in the current page's memory, not in browser storage. Reloading or leaving may clear them. If you bring a generated scope from the quote tool, that scope is briefly transferred through this browser tab's session storage and removed when the contact form reads it. This transfer does not include typed contact details. You can review and edit the message before sending. Local form interaction events contain only the action and source, not your typed details. Our enquiry endpoint does not log message contents; it uses a short-lived in-memory request counter to limit bursts. Hosting and delivery providers may process the technical request records described above.
SOURCES AND PURPOSES
Why we use information.
Information comes directly from you, from normal website requests, and—when we contact a business—from company websites, professional or public business directories, and business-data or email-verification providers. We use it to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver agreed work, operate and secure the website, diagnose performance, keep business and legal records, identify businesses that may reasonably benefit from our services, check that an address is likely deliverable, send relevant one-to-one B2B outreach, and honour objections, unsubscribes, and do-not-contact requests.
We use information only where permitted under applicable law, which may include your consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate business interests that do not override your rights. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TRANSFERS
Who may process information for us.
We may use providers for website hosting and security, business email and documents, communications such as WhatsApp when you choose that channel, address verification, business data, and professional legal or accounting support. We give providers only the information reasonably needed for their role and may disclose information when lawfully required or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the UAE. Where cross-border rules apply, we use provider terms and other safeguards required by applicable law. Links to third-party services are governed by those services' own privacy terms.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep records only for a defined need.
- Unanswered prospect and outreach records are normally reviewed or removed within 12 months of the last verification or contact.
- Enquiry and client records are kept while we respond or deliver work and afterwards only as needed for support, disputes, tax, accounting, or other legal and business-record duties.
- A minimal suppression record may be kept for as long as necessary to make sure we do not contact an opted-out address again.
- Technical and security records follow the relevant provider settings and are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operation, security, and diagnosis.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and restrict access to people and providers who need it. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
YOUR CHOICES
Access, correction, deletion, and opt-out.
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask what personal information we hold, request a copy, correct it, ask for deletion or restricted use, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent was used. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law requires it or where a minimal record is needed to honour your opt-out.
To stop business outreach, reply unsubscribe to any email or contact nudhomdigital@outlook.com. There is no fee for opting out. We will stop marketing to that address and keep only the minimum suppression information needed to respect the request.
COOKIES, CHILDREN, AND CHANGES
A small site with limited browser storage.
We do not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking on this website. A local browser setting may remember your motion preference, and our infrastructure may process ordinary technical requests needed to deliver and protect the site. This service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
